About e-Mitra

E-Mitra is an ambitious e-governance initiative of Government of Rajasthan (GoR) which is being implemented in all 33 Districts of the state using Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model for convenience and transparency to citizens in availing various services of the Government and Private Sectors under a single roof at their doorsteps using an e-platform.

The services are delivered via counters known as CSC (Common Service Center) kiosks in Rural Areas and e-Mitra kiosks in Urban Areas and the online URL www.emitra.rajasthan.gov.in.

Since 2004, the GoR has been providing various services to the citizens through e-Mitra. e-Mitra is a service delivery platform that provides unhindered access to various services in an integrated manner through an intuitive and unified interface.

Key aspects

Under the e-Mitra project, government and private sector services are provided to the citizens via the e-Mitra counters / kiosks. This network is widespread across all the 33 districts of the state, both in rural and urban areas. Currently, over 300+ services are being provided to the citizens.

Citizens can also avail services online through the portal. To avail services, users need to register on the Single Sign On (SSO) portal. The e-Mitra services are available 24x7.

Citizens can access e-Mitra services through any of the following modes:

• Through Mobile App (e-Mitra Mobile App)
• Visiting the nearest e-Mitra / CSC Kiosk
